Sour Cream Egg Omelette

(I changed a recipe from an egg and breakfast place at Rohoboth Beach but the
principles are the same---Helen Dickey)

Fry vegetables in butter or oil (onions, green or red pepper...)
Pour whisked egg mixture* on top
put the pan in the hot oven uncovered till set.

* egg mixture:
4 eggs
one large way-over-full Tablespoon of Daisy regular sour cream
about a tablespoon of water.
